  • Conference Registration is Mandatory to Attend Workshop
  • Certificate from HOD or Student ID Card is Mandatory for PG Students
  • Registration Badge is Mandatory to Attend Workshop/CME/Scientific Halls/Lunch/Dinner/ Exhibition Area/Entertainment Programs
  • To Collect the Badge Onsite, Physical Presence of the Delegate/Faculty is Mandatory
  • Conference Bag is not Guaranteed for Spot Registrations
  • Medical Council number is mandatory for registration in membership category
  • Online charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount
  • Provide us your updated email id & mobile number. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication
  • Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication
  • It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo Id (governmant approved) for smooth registration procedure
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at Email: iascon2023@gmail.com
  • Cancellation till 30th April, 2023 - 25% Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellation till 30th June, 2023 - 50% Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellation till 20th July, 2023 - 75% Cancellation Charges
  • No refund for the cancellation request after 20th July, 2023
  • Refund will be initiated /transferred by Online, DD / Cheque only after the conference
  • Registration is not transferable
  • Refunds will be made post conference
* All the refunds will be processed 45 days after the conference and the GST 18 % will be Excluded
